We recently completed a full R507-based freezing system for a coastal processing facility, covering the entire workflow from rapid freezing to low-temperature storage.

The project includes:

• Cold storage systems (-32°C) with independent compressor racks and electric-defrost air coolers

• IQF tunnel freezer (-47°C) delivering 1,000 kg/h of cod fillets with stable two-stage screw compression

• Plate freezing system (-40°C) featuring five plate freezers and screw compressor packages

• 5T/h flake ice system for on-site processing needs

• Glycol floor heating system using heat recovery to prevent frost heave

This integrated setup enhances freezing efficiency, product quality, and long-term operational reliability for marine cold-chain applications.
