HYTM Shenyang Guoxin New Energy Project Successfully Commissioned

On November 16th, Shenyang Guoxin Environmental New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of United America Holdings, successfully commissioned its flue gas waste heat deep recovery project. This marks the successful application of the flue gas waste heat deep recovery and emission reduction integrated technology and product, developed jointly by HYTM and Tsinghua University, in the largest A-share market clean heating company.

Guoxin New Energy operates two 75t/h steam boilers, one 130t/h steam boiler, and four 116MW hot water boilers. The original chimney emitted flue gases at temperatures ranging from 65-75°C. By employing two ultra-low pressure driven flue gas waste heat deep recovery units and one spray tower produced by HYTM, along with supporting circulation pumps, flue gas condensate treatment devices, piping, electrical, and automatic control systems, the exhaust gas temperature from the boilers was reduced to 30°C. This deeply recovers waste heat from the flue gases for heating the return water in the heat network of the primary station, enhancing the utilization rate of primary energy, significantly reducing the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust gases, eliminating the "white smoke" phenomenon, and achieving quadruple effects of energy saving, emission reduction, water saving, and smoke elimination. The project's design residual heat load is 44MW, and the heating load is 102MW, which can add 1 million square meters of new heating area. It is designed to recover 470,000 GJ of flue gas waste heat annually, save 20,000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 50,000 tons per year, and recover over 100,000 tons of condensate per year, demonstrating significant economic and social benefits.

From the initial technical proposal through to system optimization design, from system installation and construction to project operation management, HYTM has consistently practiced its commitment to providing customers with comprehensive, all-round, full lifecycle services. The successful commissioning of the Guoxin New Energy project is of great significance for HYTM's deeper development under new circumstances, demonstrating strong developmental resilience.
