Cold Chain Facility Configuration:

3 Spiral Freezers: For chikuwa, dumplings, and fish rolls, with a maximum capacity of up to 800 kg/h each.

Cold Rooms: 3 rooms at -24°C, 2 cooling rooms at -5°C, 1 chilled room at -10°C, and 2 ante-rooms at 0~+5°C.

Loading Area: At +15°C for efficient product handling.

Ice Supply: 2 sets of 20-ton flake ice machines.

Efficiency Boost: 4 sets of automatic unloading conveyors to improve processing speed.

Advanced Refrigeration System:

Refrigerant: R717 (Ammonia, 99.8% purity) for high efficiency.

Cooling Capacity: Total system capacity exceeds 1360 kW.

Multi-Temperature Zones: 3 sets of two-stage screw compressor units designed for -42°C, -32°C, and +2°C zones.

Control & Safety: Equipped with Danfoss control valves and a full range of safety systems.

Efficient Operation: German CABERO condensers ensure reliable operation.

Smart and Eco-Friendly Design:

Independent Temperature Control: For different areas, ensuring optimal conditions for each zone.

Intelligent Defrosting: Combination of hot gas defrost and water defrost for energy efficiency.

Insulation: PU foam insulation with embossed aluminum cladding for pipeline protection.

Durability & Hygiene: Separated galvanized and stainless-steel drainage systems for long-term reliability.

Project Scale:

4,000 m² covering production, cold chain, and logistics support areas.
