The KMJ cold storage project, located in Indonesia, is a modern large-scale logistics cold storage facility with a total capacity of 10,000 tons.
The KMJ cold storage projectt utilizes an internationally advanced NH₃/CO₂ cascade refrigeration system, combined with a full-pipeline design of SUS304 stainless steel for the CO₂ system, to achieve efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly refrigeration performance.
The environmentally friendly dual-refrigerant system employs both ammonia (NH₃) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) as refrigerants.
With powerful refrigeration capacity and precise temperature control, the system delivers a total cooling capacity exceeding 590 kW, covering multiple independent cold rooms.
A dual-pump liquid supply design (ammonia pump + CO₂ pump) ensures stable system operation.
The entire system is equipped with safety valves, high-level liquid alarms, and an automatic control system with solenoid valves.
The ammonia liquid separator is equipped with an AKS38 float-type level controller.
Partitioned thermal insulation is applied to equipment and pipeline zones to ensure long-term energy-efficient operation.
The Moon-Tech team provided a one-stop customized solution for this project, from system design to final delivery. The system meets international cold chain standards while also addressing local climate conditions, energy efficiency, and safety regulations.
