Recently, Moon Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (MOON-TECH) and Danone Japan Co., Ltd. held a project signing ceremony at Danone’s Tatebayashi Factory in Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

Mr. Xavier Despres, Representative of Danone Japan, and Mr. Zhao Baoguo, CEO of Moon Environment, jointly signed the construction agreement for the Dynamic Ice Water Project at Danone Japan’s factory, marking the beginning of a deep collaboration between the two companies in the field of green refrigeration.

Before the ceremony, CEO Zhao Baoguo, accompanied by Suzie, representative of Danone’s Asia-Pacific Project Team, visited Danone Japan’s factory to gain an in-depth understanding of its production processes and refrigeration requirements.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Xavier Despres remarked that Danone highly appreciated Moon Environment’s strong technical support in the early stages of the project. He expressed great anticipation for the proposed dynamic ice slurry solution and hoped that Moon Environment would deliver outstanding performance in terms of stability, safety, and environmental protection. He also emphasized Danone’s expectation for deeper cooperation with Moon Environment in the future.

CEO Zhao Baoguo stated that Moon Environment has always adhered to the low-carbon development philosophy of “Harmony between People and Nature,” dedicating itself to developing energy-efficient, safe, and sustainable products and system technologies.

In this project, Moon Environment will adopt a high-efficiency dynamic ice slurry solution based on ammonia (NH₃) refrigerant, using flake-like frazil ice slurry to buffer production load fluctuations and enhance energy efficiency.
Leveraging its customized, modular, and intelligent equipment manufacturing system, Moon Environment has established a company-level key project team to ensure high-quality implementation throughout the entire process, supporting Danone in improving its product quality.

Moon Environment looks forward to joining hands with Danone to explore more innovative applications of energy-saving and low-carbon technologies and to jointly fulfill the vision of “One Planet. One Health.”
With representatives from both sides witnessing, the signing ceremony concluded successfully in a warm and positive atmosphere.

Prior to the signing, CEO Zhao Baoguo and his delegation also visited companies such as Obayashi Corporation and Coca-Cola Japan’s Saitama Factory for site visits and technical exchanges, demonstrating Moon Environment’s proactive approach to expanding into developed overseas markets and promoting green cooperation.

The partnership with France’s Danone represents an important milestone in Moon Environment’s international strategy and will further advance the application of green refrigeration technology in the food industry, setting a new benchmark for green cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises.
